Between December 22nd and 24th, 2023, we conducted a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis with our entire team, assessing the internal strengths and weaknesses of our company, as well as external opportunities and threats. This analysis will play a key role in determining the future strategic steps of our company.

In this context, we aim to create action plans to strengthen identified weaknesses and capitalize on opportunities. Together, we are moving forward with the determination to lead Ekin Industries towards a stronger future.
